Recently Georgia and I were reflecting on this past year and we both feel the years highlight was purchasing our condo at Rivers Bend which prompted me to send you this note.
As you know we had a home on Lost Dauphin which we sold two years ago. We missed being on the water and specifically the area of the Rivers Bend Condos. Our new condo is all we wanted and more. Being boaters we now have a permanent dock at our door. The views of the river are spectacular from each level. Extra craftsmanship is evident with our dark cherry cabinets, elaborate sound system, crown molding and radiant heated floor.
Georgia loves the upper level laundry area and I have my lower level office with ample garage space for storage. We look forward to many years at Rivers Bend and thank you for your assistance in making this a reality.
